Three to seven people you trust, convened around what you're building next.

You are building what's next: a venture, a role, a move, a change in how you live, and the decisions that come with it are too big for one head. pannels convenes three to seven people you already trust into a circle and runs the mechanics: you put the situation, they answer in a sealed round where nobody reads anyone else's answer until everyone's is in, and you confirm the readback and write the plan. The counsel is theirs, the call is yours, and what is kept is yours.

You invite each person yourself. No one is found for you.

Before anything is asked, the circle agrees how it will work.

What you decide is written down in a few lines. The conversation itself is not.

The circle runs for twelve weeks at a time, then rests or goes again.
