A few people you trust, helping you think through one thing at a time.

A circle is three to seven people, chosen by you, around a question you're finding hard to carry alone. Whether to leave the job. What to do about a parent who can't live alone any more. Whether the thing you're building is worth another year. You bring the question; the circle answers it, together, and then you decide.

You invite each person yourself. No one is found for you.

Before anything is asked, the circle agrees how it will work.

Each question is answered in a sealed round: nobody sees anyone else's answer until everyone's is in, or the time is up.

What you decide is written down in a few lines. The conversation itself is not.

The circle runs for twelve weeks at a time, then rests or goes again.

Someone handed you an invitation? Open the link. It works without an account, and it tells you what you're being asked before you answer.

pannels is a small pilot run by one person. Nothing here claims to have worked yet. The software does the mechanical parts, the invitations, the sealed rounds, the record, so that the people in the circle can do the part that only people can.
